I really like the product, works well on my back.
Been using this for a couple of years and it works wonderfully on my knees and back.
Love the product however there needs to be some improvement made to the caps, my original order caps came off in shipping ( you did replace andI thank you for that, the replacement came and the cap was broken into about 20 pieces. I have no cap for it except a piece of suran wrap I did notify you but received no reply , maybe consider wrapping the bottles before sipping. like I said though I love the product!
