What is your shipping policy?
We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours however, orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays.
It will typically take 3-7 business days for your package to arrive once processed depending on geographical location.
During promotional deals we are not able to offer expedited shipping. Shipping will typically take 3 to 7 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the tracking information.
If you do not receive an email within 72 hours, please check your junk folder and reach out to us if you have not received anything.

Who do you ship with?
Orders are shipped with either USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
How can I track delivery of my order?
Once your order is processed you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated arrival date.
To track your order, simply click the link and you will be redirected to either the USPS, UPS, or FedEx, website depending on who we shipped your product with.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO?
Yes, however most orders ship with either UPS or FedEx so in order to ship to a PO Box, your Postal Office address will be needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time but if you are interested in shipping an order internationally, please contact us at email@example.com.
Will ordering more than 1 item extend or delay my fulfillment time?
We typically have all items in stock however, should an item be out of stock, it will be placed on a back-order and any other part of your order that is in stock will ship immediately.
Items on back-orders will ship for free once back in stock.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes we do! At checkout, you have the option to select either Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping.
Can I split shipping addresses for a multi-item order?
Every order placed will ship in its entirety to one address. If multiple destinations are required, please place multiple orders.
Can I change my shipping address after I’ve already placed an order?
Shipping information can be altered within 60 minutes of placing an order. Please reach out to us at

I didn’t like the product I got. Can I exchange it?
We do not accept returns due to anything other than a damaged upon arrival item or a defective item.
I’m buying a gift! Can I order with gift wrap?
We are not able to offer gift wrapping at this time.
